With a new Fujita cold air intake you will optimize your cars performance so you can dominate your compition. You will improve your throttle response, boost your power output and not to mention that your engine bay will look great as well. By introducing a colder flow into your engine you will increase your power and performance. Dense air contains a higher volume of oxygen that will improve combustion in your engine resulting in power and performance.
A Cold Air Intake is traditionally longer and in most cases extended behind the bumper cover so that it can ingest more direct air. In addition to more direct air, the longer plenum achieves higher torque gains as well as impressive horsepower figures. Depending on the complexity of the plenum route, the Cold Air Intake may come as a 1 piece or 2 piece intake system. Different diameters, filters, and bends are all key factors of the R&D process of each Cold Air Intake. The in-house Dynojet is the final judge of which intake configuration will make it to production. Air/Fuel rations are also an important factor in testing the Intake, ensuring that safe and near factory levels are maintained in order to not trip any electronics sensors on the vehicle.

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by Fujitaperformance.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1. All returns or exchanges must follow the proper steps in order to receive credit for return items. Failure to follow instructions could result in a higher restocking fee as noted below.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your Fujitaperformance.com Accepted return will be assessed up to a 30% restocking charge, except that Fujitaperformance.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge.
3. Merchandise classified by Fujitaperformance.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
4. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
5. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
6. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by Fujitaperformance.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by Fujitaperformance.com.
8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Fujitaperformance.com ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Fujitaperformance.com shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
Shortages
In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.
Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and Nismoz immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.
Cancelations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, be sure to call Fujitaperformance.com right away. If your credit card has already been charged there will be a 10% order processing fee assessed. If your item has already been shipped then you must follow the return policy stated above after receiving the product.
